End of Grant Transition Plan for St. Joseph

Overall Goal: Create a smooth transition between Consultant and Long Range Planning Committee:

The Lily Endowment Parish grant ends on June 30, 2007 and at that point the goal are to have the Long Range Planning Committee become the leader.

Transition Plan: The goal is to integrate the various directions and create one year goals leading to Strategic Plans for the parish and school.

Each Faith Formation Ministry (Religious Education and Youth Ministry) develop a year long plan for 2007-08 based on planning template used for developing Stewardship Committee

o These plans would be developed by staff or in collaboration with either advisory committee or board

Each staff member develop annual goals for 2007-08

Stewardship Committee meeting held in March and create year long plan

Finance and Pastoral Council develop a one year plan

Long Range Planning – develop a one year plan – transition plan for parish that is accepted by Pastoral and Finance Council

Finalize capital improvements to parish over summer

Develop a governance structure with Pastoral Council based on the Archdiocesan direction

School year-long plan

Plan Development Process: This is to be completed by June 30, 2007.
